Letters For Ceasefire

Letters for Ceasefire is an opportunity to write postcards, letters, and/or poems to elected officials demanding an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza. Mailing supplies, writing prompts, information about the war on Gaza, and resources for contacting elected representatives will be provided.

All ages and people are welcome. Donations will be collected for organizations working to mitigate the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Donations of blank postcards, postage stamps, and books that engage with the Palestinian struggle for freedom and paths of peace in the Middle East are welcome.

Letters For Ceasefire will take place each Monday, from 5–7 PM, throughout the winter. While you’re there, pick up a poster and sign a petition urging local governments to pass a ceasefire resolution!
