SUMMARY:March Members' Meeting
DESCRIPTION:We’ll hear from our two working groups about an upcoming film series aiming to raise understanding about Palestinian culture and history\, and our ongoing ceasefire Letter to the Editor writing campaign.\n\nThen\, we’ll discuss the “Blank Biden” campaign and information sent to us from Buffalo DSA. The campaign is similar to the many “Uncommitted” campaigns we’ve seen in Democratic primaries across the country.\n\nFinally\, we’ll hear from Fred Balzac\, write-in candidate for Saranac Lake village trustee\, who is seeking the endorsement of High Peaks DSA ahead of the election on March 19. Here are his responses to our candidate survey\, and he has requested that Saranac Lake village residents complete this survey about their experience with local government\, if they feel so inclined.
